Mimi Bears and Books find new homes!
We visited Grace Centers of Hope children's program, Hands of Hope, on March 31, 2021
We were able to give 35 tote bags with Mimi Bears and "Mimi Bear to the Rescue "books
to the children.
The staff and children were so thankful, kind and welcoming! They even requested,
and were treated to, a reading of the book. We intended to bless them, but we were
showered with blessings ourselves! What an experience!

On May 11, 2021, Mimi Bear recruits were put on
active duty and await their assignments in the community. They will assist the Waterford Police Department and Waterford Regional Fire Department
in outreach by comforting young children in stressful situations.
Mimi Bears to the Rescue!
One of LaRie's favorite "giving activities" each year was contributing to
Operation Christmas Child. On November 19, 2021, we donated 12
Christmas gift boxes which will be given to children around the world.
April 14, 2021, delivered 10 Mimi Bear backpacks to Bethany Christian Services.
These are the first bags to include our book,
"Mimi Bear to the Rescue."
